Holly Wilson
Holly Wilson
Owner
Hi There! I'm Holly. I began coaching strength in 2015 and have spent the years since integrating evidence-based practice and the realities of life into my training with students.

I opened Liberty Fitness in 2021 with the mission to create a space where people could access premier quality strength training with an emphasis on body awareness and form. Traditionally, the lifting space can feel intimidating and/ or unwelcoming to many newcomers. Our community's feedback consistently confirms our core mission is reflected in the culture of the studio.

The power of cultivating community is paramount to the gym's mission of providing high-quality movement education. I am committed to working with our gym community (coaches, students, custodians) to ensure that these values are reflected. We would not be here without our community.

I look forward to seeing you at Liberty Fitness.

Allison Craig
Allison Craig
Pilates Teacher & Pelvic Health Specialist
Allison began her fitness career as a Pilates instructor in 2005 and quickly discovered her passion for helping others achieve their movement goals. In 2013, she earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Sacramento. Since graduating, Allison has continued her education in Pelvic Health, with a special focus on helping women navigate concerns such as pelvic organ prolapse, bladder leakage, and changes related to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.

Allison has also completed extensive training in the effects of perimenopause and menopause on the musculoskeletal system, as well as genitourinary symptoms of menopause. She uses this knowledge to create thoughtful, supportive fitness programs that help women build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies.

At Liberty Fitness, Allison teaches Pilates mat and small group reformer classes. She also designed the 6-Week Women’s Strength & Mobility Program, which combines education with strength and mobility training designed specifically for women at all stages of life. The small group format allows Allison to provide a more individualized approach to each person’s strength and mobility needs while creating a supportive, community-centered environment.

Allison believes exercise should feel empowering, approachable, and even fun — because as women, we often do better when we move alongside friends. She also hosts monthly workshops at Liberty Fitness, so be sure to keep an eye out for her upcoming offerings.
