Whether you've lifted for years or have never touched a dumbbell — we have something for you. Evidence-based training, inclusive community, no finish lines.
Our studio is a space for collective learning, self-care, and community. We see movement on a continuum — a practice that changes over the lifespan. There are no finish lines or before-and-afters, just people moving and caring for themselves while in community.
We know the fitness world can feel intimidating, and we're here for you every step of the way. Feel free to reach out before your first session — we love answering questions and talking through what might work best for you.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Our fastest paced class — expect to sweat!

This 45 minute class is designed with intervals of work and rest and the instructor moving with students to demonstrate each work period.
Focus on fine tuning your powerlifting lifts! Deadlift, bench press, squats, and overhead presses are the focus of this one! This is a Level 2 class. Please get in touch for instructor approval.

Part strength and part conditioning! This class is a higher intensity class. This is a Level 2 Class. Please get in touch for instructor approval.

You don't need experience to start. Every class is designed to meet you where you are. No judgment, just movement.

Classes are small and fill quickly. Book ahead to secure your place — we'll have everything ready when you arrive.
We hold space for everyone — and we ask that everyone holds space for each other. Here's what to expect.
Because instructors are leading class, it's your responsibility to book ahead. Our classes waitlist often — no walk-ins guaranteed. Book online or email us with enough notice to confirm your spot.
You can cancel a group class up until it starts — your pass is retained and can be used for a future date. Private sessions require 24-hour notice. Because classes fill, there are no refunds once a class begins.
Liberty Fitness is a safe space for everyone. We advocate for the dignity and safety of all humans — clients, coaches, and staff alike. Abuse of any form is not tolerated. One incident is enough for us to end the relationship.
